A Leader's Infrastructure Series provides leaders with stability that endures and resources to respond. Every leader has a personal leadership infrastructure which includes habits, relationships and personal assets. How a leader develops and stewards his or her personal infrastructure makes a noticeable difference in sustainability, authority and lasting results.
This series is a three part program with a one day session every two or three months. Each session is followed by one-on-one coaching on the telephone. Each participant receives critical concepts, facilitation among peers for personal application and individualized coaching. Leaders complete each session with an elevated perspective, practical application and a guaranteed clear next step to take that will enhance their life and leadership.

A Leader's Infrastructure takes place over three to six months in the form of three one day presentations followed with personal coaching on the telephone for each participant. Groups number from six to thirty participants.
