We all have dreams. They are the stuff of our best waking moments. Leaders are those who can turn those dreams into a vision for a collective group of people. A leader’s challenge is to proportion our dreams to what is possible. And our dreams aren’t to be limited to work. We are to have dreams for marriage, family, career, calling and our desires. The degree to which dreams are incorporated into leadership is the degree to which calling is being pursued.

The DreamMaster Retreat is a simple – but powerful-- process through which your dreams can move from fantasy towards reality, over time, through partnership. This DreamMaster process welcomes your spouse’s vital participation and will be facilitated to allow you and your mate to join forces at the intimate level of your dream life. Expect this to be a powerful exploration of life in the future, in the direction of your dreams!

Originally created by Bob Shank, the retreat is conducted on site over two and a half days of learning and facilitated personal work. Follow up one-on-one coaching via telephone ensures maintaining momentum and overcomes unforeseen challenges. There are five parts to the DreamMaster weekend; each one of them takes you deeper into your heart’s desires and sets a course for pursuit.

DreamStorming
This experience will break through the topsoil of your day-to-day thinking, to bring to the surface some of your deepest desires.
DreamStaging
Reason meets longing, as you consider where in the seasons of life your dreams hold their greatest potential for realization!
DreamLinking
You and your partners- your spouse and others- have dreams. Some are shared, some are supported, and some are sacrificed. Where do yours link?
DreamScheming
A fantasy becomes a dream…when you are acting on a plan to achieve it. This step harnesses strategy to your vision.
DreamTeaming
It’s not you and your dream against the world; you may have a spouse and certainly have a sphere of supporters who want to help make your dreams come true. This step allows partnership in pursuit of dreams!

The DreamMaster retreat is a Friday evening to Sunday afternoon event held in a retreat setting. It can be arranged for groups numbering six to thirty.
